When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from each local service provider’s point of sale. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays, sale seasons, or special situations. We process orders from Monday to Sunday. Orders will be processed in the range of 2 to 4 hours, except for those specified in the description or that due to product availability not being at the point of sale, these could take between 1 to 3 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the day of processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order and it is processed, the product will be sent to the specified address.

Will I be charged taxes and transportation costs?

The prices shown on our site will apply the tax according to the product and regulations in force in each country.
